- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive attitude
- Registry of daily visitors and employees
- Building access control, visitor screening and identification
- Taking notes of clients requests and passing to the management
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain meeting rooms
- Provide basic information and respond to inquiries, both in person and over the phone.
- Handle and registering incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist other departments with administrative duties when necessary
Work condition:
- Working hours: 08:30-18:30
- 6-day work schedule (saturday in a shift mode)
- Day off: Sunday
- Salary will be determined during the interview according to the candidates knowledge and skills.
- Courtesy and professionalism in communication
- Fluency in russian, intermediate level of english is acceptable
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
